Section 2 applies to a time reference (80 bit time code according to IEC Publication 461) located on a track half-way between the two audio tracks of a 6.3 mm wide professional twin track magnetic tape for use at a tape speed of 19 cm\/s or 38 cm\/s.<\/p>\n
