The panel\/calorimeter method may be used for preformed unshaped products and for ceramic fibre products.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>NOTE 1 For details of the adaptations needed for ceramic fibre products, see BS 1902-6.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The panel\/calorimeter method is intended for materials having a thermal conductivity in the range 0.5 W\/(m K) to 20 W\/(m K) and hot face temperatures in the range 300 \u00b0C to 1400 \u00b0C.
