                       <\/li>\n<li>                 information required to maintain a complex product;\n                   <\/li>\n<li>                 information required for through life configuration<br \/>\n  change management                 of a product and its support solution;\n                    <\/li>\n<li>                 the representation of product structures, assemblies and<br \/>\n  breakdowns including:                             <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>                           the identification and representation of<br \/>\n    parts, their versions,                           definitions, and<br \/>\n    documentation and management                           information, such as<br \/>\n    dates and approvals assigned to parts;\n       <\/li>\n<li>                           the representation of multiple product<br \/>\n    structure views;                                        <\/li>\n<li>                           the representation of functional, physical,<br \/>\n    system and zonal breakdown of                            the product<br \/>\n    structure, from system via subsystems or components to end items;\n                                <\/li>\n<li>                           the representation of the shape of an<br \/>\n    assembly as the composition of the                           shape<br \/>\n    representation of its components;\n    <\/li>\n<li>                           the identification of positions within an<br \/>\n    assembly of parts to which                           component parts may be<br \/>\n    attached;                                          <\/li>\n<li>                           the association of valued properties to a<br \/>\n    part or to an assembly;                                         <\/li>\n<li>                           the representation of interfaces between<br \/>\n    products;                                        <\/li>\n<li>                           the classification of parts, documents and<br \/>\n    assemblies.                                        <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>                 the representation of a product through life including:\n<ul>\n<li>                           the representation of product requirements<br \/>\n    and their fulfilment;                                        <\/li>\n<li>                           the specification of effectivity constraints<br \/>\n    applied to configuration of a product;\n      <\/li>\n<li>                           the representation of predicted and observed<br \/>\n    states of products.                                        <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>                 the specification and planning of activities for a<br \/>\n  product including:                             <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>                           the specification of tasks to be performed on<br \/>\n    a product;                                        <\/li>\n<li>                           the representation of conditions for<br \/>\n    performing the tasks, including the resources<br \/>\n    required and the location of the resources and product;\n                      <\/li>\n<li>                           the representation of the type of person and<br \/>\n    skills required for                           performing a task;\n                               <\/li>\n<li>                           the representation of planning and scheduling<br \/>\n    of the tasks and the                           management and authorization<br \/>\n    of the subsequent work.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>                 the representation of the activity history of a product<br \/>\n  including:                             <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>                           the recording of the usage of a product and<br \/>\n    the                           resource usage;\n             <\/li>\n<li>                           the recording of the activities performed on<br \/>\n    a product and the                           resource usage.\n                          <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>                 the representation of the product history including:\n<ul>\n<li>                          a historical record of the states of a<br \/>\n    product;
