In addition, those characteristics determined to be important to the <span style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:normal\">in vivo<\/span> performance of the prosthesis are defined. However, compliance with this specification does not itself mean that a device that will provide satisfactory clinical performance.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"SectionLevel2\">\n<p class=\"subsec1\">1.4 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard.
