ESDU Struct 02.01.47 gives a graph from which the buckling stress coefficient of the panel may be obtained. Five curves are plotted against the ratio of the panel length to its width (measured normal to the unswept edges) for values of the sweep of the edge of 0 (a rectangular panel), 15, 30, 45 and 60 degrees. The buckling stress coefficient is defined as the stress at buckling non-dimensionalised by the modulus of elasticity of the material and factored by the square of the ratio of the panel width to its thickness. The panel is assumed to be part of a continuous flat sheet of such panels on non-deflecting supports and its edges are free to rotate but remain straight. The curves apply to isotropic materials and provide results for any value of Poisson's ratio.
