It is applicable to all solid and semi-solid petroleum asphalts containing little or no mineral matter, to gas oils, to heavy fuel oils, and to crude petroleum that has been topped to a cut-point of 343\u00b0C or higher.<\/p>\n<p>1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard.<\/p>\n<p>This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
