{"id":230795,"date":"2024-10-19T15:01:14","date_gmt":"2024-10-19T15:01:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bsi-dd-cen-ts-16157-12011\/"},"modified":"2024-10-25T09:17:52","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T09:17:52","slug":"bsi-dd-cen-ts-16157-12011","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bsi-dd-cen-ts-16157-12011\/","title":{"rendered":"BSI DD CEN\/TS 16157-1:2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This Technical Specification (CEN\/TS 16157-1) specifies and defines component facets required to support the exchange and shared use of data and information in the field of traffic and travel.<\/p>\n<p>The component facets include the framework and context for exchanges, the modelling approach, data content, data structure and relationships, communications specification.<\/p>\n<p>This Technical Specification is applicable to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>traffic and travel information which is of relevance to road networks (non urban and urban);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>public transport information that is of direct relevance to the use of a road network (e.g. road link via train or ferry service).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This Technical Specification establishes specifications for data exchange between any two instances of the following actors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Traffic Information Centres (TICs);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Traffic Control Centres (TCCs);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Service Providers (SPs).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Use of this Technical Specification may be applicable for use by other actors.<\/p>\n<p>This Technical Specification covers, at least, the following types of informational content:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>road traffic event information \u2013 planned and unplanned occurrences both on the road network and in the surrounding environment;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>operator initiated actions;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>road traffic measurement data, status data, and travel time data;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>travel information relevant to road users, including weather and environmental information;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>road traffic management information and information and advice relating to use of the road network.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This part of CEN\/TS 16157 specifies the DATEX II framework of all parts of this Technical Specification, the context of use and the modelling approach taken and used throughout these Technical Specifications.
