It is applicable to fireworks in categories F1, F2 and F3 according to <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">EN&nbsp;15947\u20112:2015<\/span> <\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>This European Standard does not apply for articles containing detonative explosives except for black powder or flash composition.<\/p>\n<p>This European Standard does not apply for articles containing pyrotechnic composition that includes any of the following substances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>arsenic or arsenic compounds;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>hexachlorobenzene;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>mixtures containing a mass fraction of chlorates greater than 80&nbsp;%;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>mixtures of chlorates with metals;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>mixtures of chlorates with red phosphorus (except when used in Christmas crackers, party poppers or snaps);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>mixtures of chlorates with potassium hexacyanoferrate(II);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>mixtures of chlorates with sulfur (these mixtures are allowed for friction heads only);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>mixtures of chlorates with sulfides;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>lead or lead compounds;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>mercury compounds;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>white phosphorus;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>picrates or picric acid;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>potassium chlorate with a mass fraction of bromates greater than 0,15&nbsp;%;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>sulfur with an
