Clause <b>3<\/b> specifies impregnated, uncoated tarpaulins, clause <b>4<\/b> specifies PVC-coated synthetic fibre fabric tarpaulins and clause <b>5<\/b> specifies tarpaulin accessories such as lashing ropes and grommets or eyelets.<\/p>\n<p>BS 3408 is not applicable to certain types of fitted tarpaulins.
